WAREHOUSE LABORER

Location: Waterford, NY
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
  • Fulfill and process material orders accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to lift and move at least 75 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for material processing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow safety protocols.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

CLASS A CDL DRIVER – FLATBED

Location: Waterford, NY
Pay: $60,000 – $100,000/year
Job Type: Full-time | Weekdays only (Mon–Fri)

About the Role:
Kivort Steel, Inc., a leading full-service steel warehouse, is seeking a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Driver. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting steel products across NY, VT, MA, NJ, CT, and NH. This position is ideal for a safety-conscious driver with strong time management skills and flatbed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Secure loads with tarps and straps as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs using ELD systems and basic computer skills.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch to manage deliveries.
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

What You Bring:

  • Valid CDL A license and current DOT medical card.
    At least 2 years of flatbed driving experience.
  • Familiarity with freight handling and flatbed safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
